I cannot detract from any of the other complimentary reviews this establishment has received. The work is done on premises and can be performed while one waits. The sharpening services were excellent.

I went to this store to have a variety of blades sharpened. To start with let me say that the staff was extremely kind and straight forward so no complaints about them. The only thing I would like people to know is that this shop will not sharpen anything larger than a Bowie knife so don't bring your machetes and certainly no swords. Otherwise it's a great shop with extremely fair prices at 4 dollars a knife.

Very courteous, fast, professional. Knives are extremely sharp. Definitely recommend. Charges less than others for sharpening knives. If you need your expensive knives sharpened, do not hesitate to go to SL Service.

This is the first review that I have ever posted anywhere, I hope it is helpful. I took my knives here because of the great reviews. I am a little skeptical of these reviews as I do not know the reviewer and their standards. I was not disappointed with this merchant. It was farther away from my home than I usually do business, but was well worth it. The merchant was very informative, giving me advise about how to maintain my knife set. They are like brand new. He did an outstanding job sharpening them for a very reasonable price. He apparently works as a "fix-it" shop and the customer ahead of me the day I went was obviously a long time client, He not only fixed the motor on her doggie dryer (I think that is what you would call it) but also gave her advice on how to prevent problems with it in the future. He is professional and polite. I would definitely go out of my way to use him again and highly recommend this shop to you.

Just got home after visiting SL Service and I must say I am very happy. They provided great and fast service. My knives have never been sharper and the staff is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I will be going back to SL Service.
