Prestige Luxury Rentals

I rented a Lamborghini Murciélago LP640 from Prestige this past May for 5 days and was very happy will the overall experience. I should have written a review earlier, but I wanted to make sure I shared my positive experience with Presitge before the "on" season arrived.



From the initial inquiries, to the cost, to the delivery, there were ZERO surprises. In fact, my "Murci" was delivered to me on Marco Island TO THE MINUTE we had arranged! How is that for service?



The car did have some minor visual blemishes, but mechanically, I was able to put over a thousand miles on an 2009 Murci in the South Florida heat WITHOUT ISSUE. That in of itself is a testament to the folks over at Prestige.



Exotic car rental in South Florida is rampant with brokers and downright con-artists. Let it be known that the folks at Prestige are as real and trustworthy as it gets in a sea of potential exotic car rental perils. Rent with confidence, folks.

Late delivery,,very late, about 11 hours late , told me that they have returned my payment when I wanted cancle.the reservation, they never did. Nor release my deposit.

I would like to thank Prestige for the fine business experience i had by doing business with this esteemed company.



My rental experience was good and the people i have dealt with were efficient, professional and friendly ( Sam and Jeff).

I was a retuning customer, yet this year I was so dissapointed at how this company has lowered there standards by the staff they have today. The false promises given.

STAY AWAY FROM PRESTIGE LUXURY AUTO RENTALS. They are unprofessional and VERY unreliable. It doesn't matter how many times you confirm a reservation or speak with their office, you will be disappointed like I was. My reservation was made over 2 months in advance and I found out 30 minutes before pick up time that they didn't have the vehicle. They wanted to charge me more for a lesser vehicle (when I say lesser I mean smaller and inconvenient) and provide me with less miles per day. I had a vacation planned and we were to depart that evening. We ended up finding another large vehicle at the last minute. They didn't even offer a complimentary or discounted

rental for future use, knowing the huge headache they caused.

I was quoted one price and when I arrived it was completely different. About twice the amount I was quoted online. Total RIP OFF!!
