I'd give 0 stars if I could. <br> <br>We've ordered 3 times and each time our pizza arrives undercooked. <br>The third time we ordered we had a credit which we used and requested our pizza "well done". <br> <br>It arrives 1 hour later and cooked exactly the same as every other time. We have to put it in the over for 15 minutes in order for the bottom to be cooked through and not be doughy. <br> <br>Calling Pizza Hut resulted in them stating that "All of our pizzas are cooked the same way." and that there wasn't a problem. <br> <br>My husband is a chef and knows what an underdone pizza is, and this is definitely half cooked. Their over is clearly calibrated incorrectly and they insisted that for another credit we'd have to go in in person to verify the pizza. <br> <br>When we declined the "come in in person to check the pizza" offer and said "We will never be ordering from Pizza Hut again." the manager simply said "Ok.". <br> <br>Business must be great if they can treat customers like this. <br> <br>We'll never be ordering from Pizza Hut again.
