Last night 2/08/2013 I placed an order…

Last night 2/08/2013 I placed an order with a guy Alejandro which he sound like he was sleeping or something else I place my order he took my credit card number and charged my account, I was told by him I would get my order in 40 minutes, placed my oder at 7:54pm at 9pm I called and asked where is my order and a lady named Shannon I think said she could not find my order, then I told her that I needed to speak to the manager and Alejandro again sleepy head took the phone and he said he was the manager that he did not know what happen to my order I told what happen to my credit card information that I gave you I hope I do not get charged for this and forget me ordering anything in the future from you guys. about 20 mintunes later a lady named Maria said she was the general manager and stated that my order was delivered I told are you guys crazy or taking something my never received my order and Alejandro which stated he was the manager said he doent know what happen to the order I told her also I hope my credit card does not get charged and of course they did charged my credit with no food no credit they are a bunch of theif, dishonest people and I will be filing a complaint with the consumer service dept, later on that night someone from Pizza hut came back to my house and said they deliver the pizza to the wrong addresss and they were going to deliver on the house a free pizza I told them not interested but they still when again and try to make a deliver I told they guy what is wrong with you people Im not interested in any free food or anything from you guys he also stated that my credit card was not charged and the is a charged .....
