Modern furniture at its finest! I bought my first bedroom set, sofa, and dining room here and I LOVE THEM! EQ3 products are good quality.

I'm surprised to find that the...

I'm surprised to find that they are few bad reviews about Omega Decor store. I walked in to their store and bought a dining table with chairs, that was absolutely gorgeous, they gave me a great deal and delivered it to me very next day. Table was just like I saw it in the showroom. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ll buy from them again.

Don't ever shop at this store!...

Don't ever shop at this store! I had recommended the place to a few other people which I now regret and I love my couch, but I've had the worst customer service ever. I ordered two custom pieces almost 10 weeks ago (8/11/12) that were scheduled to take 4 to 6 weeks and every week they told me if would leave Canada that week (for at least the last four). They never call to give an update. I stopped by the store last week and was told my furniture would definitely leave be done on the 12th and ship out and be delivered 6 days later. So I assumed that meant I would have my furniture tomorrow since I never received a call otherwise. I called today and the owner changed her story again and said that it had not left Canada and wouldn't until this week. She accused me of lying as to what she said and that she "vividly" recalled what she said. I just want a straight answer. Every week is just - it is shipping this week and will arrive the next week.



I just called the manufacturer directly to see if they could help me. They believe they found my order (its wholesale so they are not sure) but it wont ship until NEXT week so I won't get it until probably early November (11 weeks after I placed the order). The manufacturer also told me that it always takes 4-8 weeks for manufacturing of custom fabric (but the store told me 4-6 weeks when I ordered it). This is some of the worse customer service I have EVER dealt with. Don't trust anything that this store says to you and shop somewhere else!



So I am now on week 12. It is allegedly arriving Thursday. No one ever calls me to provide an update as status even thought they say they will. I was told they would definitely deliver it the same day it arrives and now I have been told that that is really not possible. So it will be Friday or Monday. So technically almost 13 weeks (90 days) from when I ordered it. (And of course I paid in full at that time). All I've received is excuses and lies. I was offered only a free lamp as compensation but I've requested and been granted a credit on the delivery charge.

Awesome!!!! Got my eq3 sofa, been waiting for all year for the sale! Got a black Friday deal, received a free lamp and my special order will be here by Christmas! Love the furniture, love the staff and they helped me to the car with my lamp! Cheers

Received an email from the store for Black Friday Sale, went in and got a great deal on our new sofa! Everyone was friendly and very upbeat atmosphere, I plan on shopping there again!

I went to the store to check the item I saw online. We walked in and the woman was on the phone. She didn't even greet us or acknowledge our presence. The prices weren't cheap either though it's the sort of place where you can name your own price. The women was too pushy that she didn't listen to our needs. Delivery charge is $150!!! There are plenty of other furniture stores that offer the same products at a better price and better experience.

worst store ever! they have nice things but the lady that works there doesn't know anything about what is going on in her store and if you ask her about any of your orders she says she's "too stressed" (from what I have no idea???) I do not recommend buying from this store un less you dont mind never recieving your furniture! worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life!!! doesnt even deserve a star but it would let me post if i didnt put one. a star is way too much for this store1

Because this review appears to be a personal attack, please take into consideration the source from which it comes. This store is extremely customer service oriented, and all of our products are delivered AT NO CHARGE to our clients when promised. There are times when special order items take a bit longer to arrive through no fault of our own, it is a shame that someone would make a personal attack that seems to have unfounded basis. Happy furniture shopping to all!
