        Overall

        Customer service and reliability were outstanding. Scheduling was very responsive and easy to work with. The driver who came to shred the docs called beforehand to confirm their arrival, and even went back to my storage unit to double check if there were any remaining boxes for shredding. Couldn't have asked for better service.
