There is a one of the store managers at this store that is completely rude to customers. She is from Central America. She needs to spend her money of "Etiquette" classes. There was an issue with my husband who used his bank card to buy the amount of $5.24 of a value meal and the credit card machine froze and was not working. The girl at the counter asked my husband if he had cash and my husband advised that he did not. The girl took the bag out of my husbands hand and told him that he could not take the food until he pays even though they passed the card and the machine had broke at that very moment. My husband told them that he would go to the corner to get change from the bank and come back but he called me so I can check the bank and the I verified the charge went through. he went back to advise the Manager and she told him to stick the sandwich up his *ss and threw the $5.24 bag to my husband. This IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>The manager should have given the food to my husband since the machine broke, it was NOT my husbands fault.
What happened to customer service and the customer always being right?
