A big fat zero goes to MASPONS funeral home. Not even a star rating !! They ignored the family's wishes to be present at Dad's cremation. Buffooons, who don't know their business, Mr Eric Maspons doesn't do a very good job of training his employees. From day one.. misinformation, then I went to pick up the ashes after they had the audacity to do a cremation without telling us.. and the clerk at the desk who is ASLEEP awakens in a stupor to adv me my sister has already picked up the ashes which I knew was not true. BUt oh well, Mr Maspons covers up for everyone, makes excuses and then keeps goading you into getting your lawyer and says things like ' well I can say that in a court of law easily"" I have the papers to prove it'.. Either Mr Eric Maspons has been sued numerous times or he has very good friends in high places i.e . best buddy is an attorney . why would he keep alluding to LAWYERS and COURT?? hmmm . something fishy going on here . , This man has no intergrity, a total lack of leadership is demonstrated in his inability to even confront the matter at hand, DOCUMENTATION MR Maspons have u ever heard of that ?? when folks call to tell u that they want to be PRESENT at the cremation it should be documented !!\r too bad u can't train your people to do a better job. Well it doesn't matter. Your'e a genuine banana republic born leader ! No reason to care, this is a funeral home business one thinks there may an iota of scruples,, maybe empathy. Don't look for scruples or empathy at MASPONS. all you'll get is ashes oh yea and pray they really are your loved ones ashes !! you never know with Mr Eric Maspons.,
