LOST MY CLOTHES AND WORST EVER CUSTOMER CARE RECEIVED BY THE MANAGER, GUSTAVO!!!!!! I had the worst service ever at Klinit. Bought two vouchers at http://amazon.com and wasn't even able to use the second. Since they lost 6 shirts and 1 pair of pants. I kept calling them... the manager Gustavo who was supposed to help me, never gave me any feedback. i kept calling them forever and he was never there, never able to come to the phone, neither return my messages and calls.... it was really disappointing. I stopped calling to see if they would forget who I was. Called back after a while and he said he wold give the money for my second voucher back and an amount for my clothes... I never received the reimbursement neither any money for my clothes... kept calling them and the same old story again! Nobody could help me! Really disappointing!!!!!! VERY BAD SERVICE!!!!
