this is a HORRIBLE choice for a dentist.

this is a HORRIBLE choice for a dentist. the people that work there are very rude and unprofessional and some dont even speak english!!! they can never help you!!. they can hardly make ends meet since their office is in brickell and it is always empty. they cannot keep customers because they do not have good customer service. they charge an arm and a leg and lie about your insurance covering it and in the end it ends up being more than you bargained for. they offer you things you dont need to get more money and convince you that you need it. they give alot of false adevertising. stay away from this place!! horrible!!

PROBABLY WORST DENTIST IVE EVER BEEN TOO

I NEVER have written a bad rating for any venue, place, or restaurant in my life but this was so bad I just had too.\r first off this is the US, receptionists are supposed to speak ENGLISH! I called 3 times until someone who spoke english could help me. the lady that spoke english on top of everything was SUPER rude, in a rush, and clearly didnt care if I was new business for them. making an appt was almost impossible because they open at 10am which is late and not even open on a friday, not very good for people trying to make an appt! then when I finally made an appt and showed up they checked my insurance and told me how much my copay was and what my insurance covered. NOT TRUE because later they billed me $400 for exrays when they said it was covered!! that same day I told them I had ONE crooked tooth to fix, they convinced me I needed invisilign for the top and bottom! Paid over $4,000 then they said I had to get a retainer made because I couldnt have the wire! when i bought the retainer they later said i could have the wire put in! so i had the wire put in and paid for that too! they the wire fell out of my mouth the next day while i was eating! had to go back. this place is ridiculous! they dont know what they are doing and are desperate for money! they are cheaters and liars and dont care about their patients at all. just in it for the money
