Flanigan's

I am a long time customer of yours. Love the food and the happy hour. I have been going to pinecrest Flanigan's since you guys opened this location. This past Monday night I was there at the bar and asked for my check and a cup of water to take home. I have always gotten a cup of water when I ask for one. Sometimes the food makes me thirsty and the water helps when I drive home. The bartender tells me she has to charge me for the cup. I asked why since I have never been told this or I have never been charge for "free" water. She said the manager on duty "Daisy" doesn't let us give out water. If we wanted water she would have to charge us. I am a loyal customer. I can show you my credit card statements to show you how loyal I am. I don't understand why Daisy is charging us for a cup of water, when no other manager does this or no other location does this. I don't care if it's in the green Flanigan's cup or a small paper cup. I don't understand why a customer has to pay for a cup of water to go after I spend $70 at your bar. Please explain why I have to be charged for a cup of free water.

Flanigan's has the softest, most delicious, juiciest, char-sweetened ribs I've ever tasted. Every rib you eat after Flanigan's won't ever live up to your first bite here. A Joe's Meal Deal with a full rack, fries, three butter garlic rolls (sinfully good), a salad, and drink will feed two for under $30. Their chicken wings are also second to none.

Called in for pick up baby was sleeping in the car, was placed on hold and forgotten about walked in to the restaurant while still on hold told waitress were the pick up orders are paid for that I had been holding for almost 20 minutes all she did was offer my pregnant wife and I ( sober 2 1/2 years ) a beer on the house ... Best wings in pinecrest but phone orders the worst .
