Took my 12 year old daughter, on the initial visit you get to see a nurse who cleans your teeth and recommends you to come back, on the 2nd appt. the dentist walked into the room and stated that if my child was not going to behave he couldn't treat her. I explained it was her first time and she was scared, he sat down and I was standing about 4 feet behind hi at the doorway of the tiny closet like room. He got very irate and said he doesn't like no one standing behind him, I told him I wasn't moving!, my daughter was nervous, he hurt her afterwards in my opinion was done purposely due to his frustration because I was there. I asked him if he had children and he said it was besides the point. I asked his name and he refused to tell me nor would his assistants or the receptionaist. I came to find out that he was not even a pediatric doctor, he came back to apologize and to see if he could continue with the procedure at which time my daughter was terrified and hysterical crying. I spent he next 30 minutes trying to get his name which no one would give me and the supposed manager came to try and calm the situation down because I too, was irrate, and ended up having to call the police to get a name. The Doctors name was supposedly Aracelio Morgado, I don't know why no one would indentify him from the beginning, perhaps he was unlicensed or something, but this event traumatized my daughter and the manager made it seem as if because I had Medicaid I was lower than her, for she told me ""Don't come back here, now you have to pay for your daughter's treatment at another dentist""...this is not the only onbe that takes Medicaid and I hope that if they have unlicensed doctors working at their firm that they are prepared for the lawsuits that will come along with it. This is a terrible low class office which I would beware of!
