Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I always rent from this place, but with my last rental I was so disappointed. It took forever to get my rental for that reason I was late to work, I was told that I would get 5% off my total when returned ( although it’s not much) it the fact that they offered it and didn’t even apply it. I’m not sure if you guys changed the manager that was there (the Hispanic bold guy) I forgot his name or he was on vacation, but he needs to come back otherwise I don’t think I’ll ever rent from enterprise again.

Very nice experience. This was my first time renting a car, and I had no problem. I booked the car about an hour prior to pick-up and had a fast and easy transaction. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I did have to pump air in one of the tires at some point during the week, but it was not a big deal.



Before you decide to drive in Miami, beware of crazy drivers, parking fees, and people honking for no reason. The beauty of the city makes up for it though.
