Spoilt a perfectly good fishing evening, went on Saturday 25th October on the eve almost closing time and bought an ugly stik combo and reel plus bait and accessories for my companion for $75 total. We went back on Monday morning because on Sunday they are closed, my companion couldnt use the fishing pole because the reel was playing up, she couldnt use the rod and we had to put it to the side, el capitan staff said that apparently the line had been badly mounted by el capitan staff members to whom we paid the line installing service, we requested refund or part exchange to buy other stuff and they refused saying that it was human error and that it worked fine, obnoxious manager, disrespectful, really bad customer service, they lost two customers for sure, what about the bait? Or the other expenses we incurred in order to spend a night fishing? Really bad it is certainly not a good place for beginners, Just uploaded the receipt I got from them, They are not trustworthy they even lie to you, they said to me that Ugly Styk is manufactured by Penn and I have just found out that is a blatant lie.
