Easy Rental

I have been dealing with Easy Rental for many years and love them. They have always been courteous to me the guys all know me and always assist with any problems you may have especially Max and Frank all of them are nice I go to the store in North Miami keep up the good work fellows. And I love their products.

These people are the most rude ,unperfessional individual they call you and leave threatened message on your voicemail the guy name Frank, Don't inform you in any changes in your account and demand a payment when its not due I will never recommend anyone to go to that branch. They toke a payment of $155 at the first purchase then charged me a different price on my second payment. Please stay away from that fraudulent unperfessional place,them being cheap comes with a price.

The easy rental on 12550 NW 7th Ave, North Miami, FL 33168 is by far the worst. I was in the hospital on bed rest and didn't feel the need to share all that personal information with them via phone or hell at all. However, Max only cared about his money and Emmanuel Pierre always came to my house leaving notice and left me a nasty voicemail like I was not communicating with max who could careless. Max went as far as saying the money or the table. He would pick up the table until I could pay him. Well just so you know I am now well and made it out the house yesterday and today to pay them. Money is not an issue it's just the time to make sure I was well on top of that I couldn't get released from the hospital to pay him and neither were they going to come to the hospital and make me more ill just for money. I hate easy rental on 12550 NW 7th Ave, North Miami, FL 33168 and because of them they have officially lost my business and it's sad to say the one on 183rd NW 27th is nothing like these money hungry bastards.

I ask for more time on my payment and a guy named Frank told I need money right now my girlfriend andI are really struggling and I gave him my last 75 dollars which was for food we don't paid for another two weeks do not use these people

The easy rental possible to the 7th and Miami cause the services are so far they speaks languages doesn't matter what language you speak they're able to help you
