For over 50 years, Denny's has been one of the largest full-service family restaurant dining chains serving classic American food in the United States. With one of its outlets in Miami, Fla., it offers a range of menu list, such as cheese quesadilla, tack of pancakes, fried cheese melt, biscuit and gravy with hash browns or an egg, to name a few. The firm has over 1,500 company and franchised restaurants in the United States, Canada, Costa Rica, Guam, Mexico, New Zealand and Puerto Rico.
Dirty beverage cup..lipstick marks; nasty condiment holders (inside and out) ; unfriendly and inattentive server. The windows are dirty on the inside with hand prints and smears..the carpet is littered with debris in corners and under tables. Toast was only buttered on one side of one slice and served cold. Definitely not worth the discount....next time and all future times back to I Hop!
Answering the telephone is very important! A business will easily lose customers due to providing low quality phone service.\r <br>\r <br>Denny's on SW 8 ST has the poorest service for pick-up. I repeatedly call to place significant orders and they place me on hold forever. I always get the impression they do not care about phone orders.\r <br>\r <br>With the exception of Debby the staff needs training on telephone etiquette, they need to provide quality customer service over the phone and show they care about the customer's business.\r <br>\r <br>Cindy answered the phone and she said that she will take my order in 2 minutes and I am still on hold. it has been almost haln an hour.\r <br>\r <br>I am filing a complaint with the manager and with the district manager. The general office needs to be aware of this.
