What a great and CLEAN office! I do not like going to an unsanitary clinic or Drs office. The treatments were many but I was there for the peel. IN and out in less than 30 mins. What a great result in less than 10 days. Thx you jackie!

I purchased 2 Groupons for Da Vinci Medical Esthetic. The first Groupon is for 18 laser hair removal sessions. They have been great when it comes to their laser hair removal sessions. I've had 4 sessions already.



The second Groupon is for 8 Zerona treatments. This has been a complete disaster. It appears they always overbook this treatment and it's very difficult for the staff to keep your appt on time. I always make my appt during my lunch time (from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm) but they do not respect anyone's time. I've been there numerous times early for my appt and 30 minutes pass by and I'm still waiting in the waiting room. I've had to leave before they were able to see me on 4 different occasions because I can't wait all day and they were extremely backed up. On my most recent visit to their offices (for a laser hair removal session), I attempted to make yet another Zerona treatment appt and Lizbeth (staff member) told me that they no longer make Zerona appts during lunch time.
