This place is a complete rip off. Doctor didn't seem to be very helpful in telling me what was wrong with my dog she wanted to have some results sent to a speacialist she said for further advice. Considering she had already charged me 200.00 for some x-Rays. Other clinics are more considerate with their customers.

Stay away they said they needed to do all kinds of tests on my cat. They ended up charging me $650 and not even knowing whats wrong with him. They specifically said they needed test to see whats wrong. I ended up going to another vet that caherged me $250 with antibiotics and medicine to take home. All i got from this countrywalk vet when i left was that i got screwed and leaving just the same as when i came in with my sick cat. They gona rack up the bill. Stay way. Plus these reviews are rigged to where you can only give over 4 stars. Look at terms under yahoo reviews . Where it says they are restricted from the business you are leaving a review

Friendly doctor and staff but the prices I think are steep!

I think they are wonderful! I have 4 dogs and 3 cats. Both doctors have seen all my pets and have handled them with patience and love. The staff is very professional and it is VERY obvious they love animals! I have been to many other vets in my lifetime living in Miami and most have SUCH high prices. The vet in Country Walk has bargain prices and quality service to go along with it. One of my cats behaves wildly anytime he has gone to a vet...he had even seriuosly injured the previous vet! When Dr.Alvarez at the country walk animal hospital saw him she advised me to give him a light sedative so that she can safely and effectively do a complete physical exam on him and then vaccinate him. She told me it was ok to do it this way since he is still a very young cat. It turns out that he has a slight heart murmur, which no other doctor had ever noticed by the way since they ould never handle him.

As long as I live in Miami I am taking my pets here! I love their prices and foronce a vet does not try to do unnecessary testing on my pets. For example, their physical exam is only $29 with wonderful services from the vets and the staff. I love people who love animals-- most of all-- I LOVE responsible and ethical veterinarians!
