Overall
GreaT service

Both of my dogs are LOYAL to Country Club. (Sprinkles 5 years and Chuwee 3 years).

They provide great service, you and your pets are acknowledge IMMEDIATELY when entering their facility. The staff is wonderful, friendly, kind and always ready to answer any questions you may have.

We have used their overnight facility and we know that they are well taken care of. I live few blocks from the clinic and there is always staff taking dogs out for their walks (ALL THE TIME). It's clean and a place where I feel safe and confident to leave my dogs when ever we have needed to do so.

We have used their after hours Emergency Service twice (thankfully) and immediately you are getting a call back from the Doctor Oncall and he is just ready to help and give suggestions and point you to the right direction.

The staff including Doctors have always been corteous, professional, understanding, and I feel the main reason we keep coming back and are so loyal is becuase our dogs are not treated as just another # or $ that walked in through the door, they are treated with TLC. and we appreciate it very much.

Great Job. And on behalf of Sprinkles, Chuwee and ourselves THANK YOU :) Gonzalez.

Overall
casey from new orleans

This is by far the best animal hospital I have been to in Miami. I had a very ,very sick cat and they were the only ones who would kept doing everything to save her. She is now a healthy cat and her chronic kidney condition is under control. They are the most informed and caring Doctors. I live in New Orleans and visit Miami to see my daughter and always take Casey to see them for her twice yearly visits. If she needs surgery I will bring her from New Orleans. The doctors return calls promptly and make you and you pet feel special. The whole staff is wonderful and always helpful.I give them a 5 star rating!

UNCARING VET- AVOID

I took my boston terrier to Country Club Animal Hospital on Bird Road in Miami, FL where he was treated by Dr Bailey. He was to have a routine dental procedure where he would be anesthetized. I was never warned of the possibility that anything could go wrong, never once advised that it was anything but a routine procedure. To make a long story short, my dog who we treat like a member of the family had a poor reaction to the procedure and never came out of it. We brought him home, but he had to return the the vet soon after because he was lethargic and would not eat. The vet kept him for a week and he slowly declined. When we lost our dog the vet had little to say except give us a huge bill for his services. The office seemed very uncaring to our situation and accepted no responsibility. I know we signed the waiver for the services to be performed but at no time were we informed that anything like this could or would happen. I am heartbroken and the vet just doesn't care. Please think about this if you choose to use this vet. I will never go back there again.
