Clear Image Aesthetic Center

Dr. Lourdes M. Garcia conducted an open house at Clear Image Aesthetic Center on December 2013 designed to solicit former patients and new ones with "great" prices on an assortment of treatments that she never intended to deliver since she had been convicted of Tax Fraud, I paid for a one year Botox Treatment, I and today when I went for my first treatment her office was closed down, Her Sentencing is scheduled for April 10, 2014 at 2:00 p.m state is asking for up to 14 years in jail. I lost 769.00 dollars, she will lose her freedom, and this woman is 62 years today. What a shame. Beware!!

I have to agree with all of the other reviews. Do not get botox done at this facility. It only lasts one month and the doctor or staff never tells you that you can come back after 10 - 14 days for a follow-up so she can correct the areas that need more botox. I usually get 20 units of botox, but when I started going to Clear Image, the doctor tells me I need 40 units. The thing is, she can put 100 units in my face and it would only last for a month. Unlike other places where the botox lasts for 3 to 4 months. Also, never pay upfront for their services because you will not get your money back. The doctor and staff is nice at first, but when you ask them if the doctor has been watering down the botox, they get angry and sound very guilty that they've been caught. They also make you wait 1.5 hours before seeing you.
