From the salesman to the delivery very disappointed in City Furniture. From no call my furniture has come in to being told l couldn’t p/u my furniture at the store after the salesman said I could. And delivery after a lot of hassle the left my new chair on the 1st floor by the elevator telling my daughter she’d have to pay more to deliver the furniture to.second floor apt. They just left it in the middle of the floor in front of the elevator. I’m not happy at all. I do love my new chair after all the hassle!#Bad Service

I loved shopping at the Dadeland location near Trader Joe’s. It was my second time purchasing from them and everything went exactly like the first time EXCELLENT. Thank you for the service and all the good people that work at this location.

Shopping at City Furniture is refreshing! My wife and I had an awesome salesperson and we fell in love with the king size Beautyrest Black mattress. We would recommend City Furniture to anyone.

Great experience overall. Sales Representative Mildred was attentive, helpful, was spot on after we explained to her what we were looking for, made the whole purchasing process a breeze. Highly recommened her, ask for her. She called after delivery date to find out how was everything we had purchased.

Emiliano helped me at the dadeland store. We have purchased over 15K in the last year or so at this location with different sales associates. NEVER a bad experience. ALWAYS a fantastic outcome. If I could give no stars, I would!



The delivery guys stepped all over the very rug they were delivering, when I pointed out a stain on a chair they delivered, they got very hostile and didnt want to take it back until I demanded they take it out of my home.



They promised pillows with some of the furniture that was not delivered, the "manager" made promises to deliver it but never did.



When they called to replace the chair that was stained, they changed the delivery time, without any prior notice, to a time I couldn't be home so they charged me $99.00 ($20 more than the value of the chair). I can't get a manager on the phone to talk to me about the pillows nor the chair.



Now Im without pillows or a chair that were paid for and there is no recourse for me but to dispute it with my credit card company.



FYI, the supposed sales manager was Derrick and the store manager who wouldn't take my call nor responsibility was Guy.
