Crappy service and attention !! Very disappointed. We made a reservation, and after arriving to the restaurant they served other customers who came after us and with no reservation , then gave us the worst table !! Very bad experience and unpleasant. Unprofessional !!

I think I found a reliable Italian place in my neck of the woods. The dining room is tiny...so I'm glad I ordered take out. I'll keep it that way in the future because the food was affordable and above average.

We love the food from Ciro's. I had to move North and when I moved back to Miami this was the first place we got food from.

There is a new very picky teenager in the house now said she hated pasta till she tried theirs only wanted those other pizzas till she tasted Ciro's. Tonight she asked me to order from there. We get delivery most. Only negative is dining room is small and tables close together but the service is GREAT.



This is a place you MUST try !!

When one of our neighbors told us about the food at Ciro's, we decided to check it out. The place is small, with a pizza delivery sort of counter, and a very dark little restaurant that seats maybe 20. We stood at the door for a good while before anyone even addressed us; once we finally managed to do pirouettes for the waiter/host, he pretentiously asked if we had reservations (you have to see the place to see how laughable that was to us). The kids were really looking forward to dinner and it was somewhat late, so we decided to stick around, although on first impression, our insticts told us to head for the nearest exit (there's only one; I told you, it's small). the place is dark & uninviting; the service was poor at best, and we did notice that other "regulars" without reservations seemed to be greeted delightfully and given a table without the hassle that we received.



I can't lie about the food. It was delicious, and tasted home made all the way. The kids loved the creamy italian dressing, and we loved our lasagna, chicken parm, and the rolls were yummy.



Hence, if you don't mind crappy service and attention, this is the place for Italian food in Pinecrest. However, if your goal is similar to ours where you go out to eat to have a pleasant, inviting experience, go to Papa Ricco's on 144th. You won't be nearly as disappointed as we were!

My boyfriend and I started going to Ciros' when they first opened in 1984. I have been going since. It's one of the best Italian Restaurants around the food is delicious next to my Grandma, (no ne). If your in the mood for soup, the Pasta Fagiola is one of the best. It brings back memories of my Grandma's Pasta Fagiola. The Pizza is exceptional and hand tossed by the owner. The rolls are divine.

The prices are moderately priced. If you should go, it's best to make reservations, as this is a very small place.
