LIVING SOCIAL/GROUPON BUYER BEWARE!!
I've been trying to make an appointment for this voucher since October because I wanted nice nails for my sister's wedding. However, when they do answer their phone, when I tell them I have a living social deal I just happen to get disconnected EVERY TIME. Finally, I FINALLY got through and talked to the manager who told me I can't get in until the 31st of Jan. This date JUST HAPPENS TO BE AFTER THE EXPIRATION DATE OF MY VOUCHER. SO I was told I would have to pay additional. I couldn't believe it. My deal is not expired but because first they won't take my appointment and now they are claiming its my fault I can't get an appointment until after the expiration date and are requiring me to pay additional. This is not my fault. I've called and left messages as long back as October. They don't call back. I've gotten through and they disconnect me. It's impossible.
I'm sure they do a fine job on your nails but I'm not taking the chance. If they treat me like this BEFORE I even go, I can't imagine how they will treat me once I'm there.
Remember, this is the MANAGER that is lacking customer service skills. So, if you have a problem, you WILL NOT have anyone to complain to that will care.
