  Despues que compre el blanqueamiento en Groupon estaba arrepentida. Pero Cuando llegue a su consulta tan preciosa, elegante pero sencilla, moderna pero no fria, me encanté!   Horrible.

  Horrible. Booked my first appointment for 8 AM, nobody even spoke to me til 8:40 AM, finally left at 9:30 AM and the receptionist did not even apologize and only asked if she could fit me in at 4 PM. The other 2 8am patients were seen and I was informed that they often triple book as many people as many people don't show up and "commit fraud". This should give you an idea of the professionalism of this place. So as a customer I get punished for showing up on time because you characterize your own customers as unreliable and fraudulent? Also mentioned how they stopped weekend hours because " customers never showed up". Newsflash - maybe it is because you suck and treat your customers like dirt. I will never return.

  Mark,We do apologize for the inconvience you had with us on Wednesday October.12,2011.The two other patients that were here with you were not being seen for the whitening treatment. They were here for other work. Again we apologize,the certificate was needed because groupon requieres us to collect all certificates of patients that are seen in this office.We did have an issue with one of the Zoom machines and my assistant was working on the machine replacing the bulb.And in reference to the weekend hours, they were shut down due to the fact that patients would make appts and did not show. We would open from 8am-2pm and only had one hr of production. We ask you for another opportunity to try us out. We are very flexible from Monday-Thursday from 8am-4pm.Once again we apologize for the inconvience you had.

  Best Dentist I have known!!!

  I have been with Dr. Castro and his staff for about 10 years now. Dr. Castro and is not only one of the nicest people I know but professsional, and dedicated to his patients. No other dentist in Miami does the work that Dr. Castro does. Coming to the dentist is a relaxing and enjoyable experience. You will never want to go anywhere else! I highly recommend him to people of all ages, you to will become family like I have.
