Bad business. When you're unhappy with their work, instead of pleasing the customer and fixing their mistakes, they attack the customer. Absolutely awful customer service. Very poor quality. Go elsewhere.....

Contrary to the other reviews..I always have great service..I am attended to with respect & the work is superb especially the alterations which I have done frequently. The owners are old school professionals who work hard & maintain an environment of professionalism. If you are looking for kissy kissy this is not the place but if you want professional courtesy with a dignified approach then this is the FRENCH cleaner for you.

The owners are extremely disrespectful and unattentive!!! I am surprised they are still in business. If they at least gave good service, I would not mind paying their ridiculous prices. Never will I set foot in that place again-first and LAST time! Do not give them your business- go to someone who cares and has at least a little decency!!!!

Absolutely no customer service! I needed a suit cry cleaned for an interview and didn't think twice about taking it in. However, it was not ready at the pre-appointed date. The owners were not apologetic at all and had a nasty attitude about the whole situation. I had been a customer for over ten years, following the business even after they moved locations. They preferred to lose a loyal customer, who brought in dry cleaning regularly and alterations (including hundreds of dollars from work uniforms from three members of the family) because of not even having the decency to say they were sorry. I had made it perfectly clear that the suit was needed for a very important job interview! It is beyond my comprehension how business have sunk so low and have no pride in providing good customer service. Oh, and, of course, I was charged full price! Do not patronize this dry cleaners! They are certainly not worth it!
