I had a problem with a bad installation of my wall mounted hood. Alex was one of 9 appliance repair men I called. He was the only one that kept his word when he said he would call me back and would be in my area in a week. He resolved the issue of the bad installation on the hood, it works with a suction now (as it should) and his cost was more than reasonable.
Very professional, bilingual, respectful and punctual. I’m keeping his number to pass around to friends and neighbors.
