I waited 30 minutes in Cell Phone Area while 6 employees were playing around and never helped me. When I requested for help, they denied. They told me if I had a problem to talk to the manager instead. They were very rude and disrespectful to clients who pay their salary.

went to the computer section and waited about 20 minutes for someone to help me. the employee didn't even end up knowing the specs of the computers and just looked at the information tags for every PC asked about...

Geek Squad Missed Mark

I had an appt scheduled weeks in advance for a Geek Squad appt.

They never called to confirm the appt and when no one showed up within 2 hours of the four hour period they assign you, so I called.

They had never scheduled anyone with the specific knowledge required for my appt even tho I had given that information to them when I scheduled the appt.

No one showed up by the time period they gave me, when I called the 800 number, employees were rude and not helpful.

Finally a store mgr got involved and figured out what had gone wrong, but NEVER was able to get someone to cover an appt and this is FIVE days later. The store manager, Ernie, has never gotten this resolved and didn't even return calls when he promised to do so.

I asked to speak with the field mgr, Enrique Morales and he has not contacted me either. I am sure they will use the excuse that it is Labor Day weekend, but you know, the stores were open. so what's the problem?

Disgusting lack of professionalism. What recourse besides getting a refund. and they just don't care..........

I will NEVER again go to this Best Buy to purchase anything. My husband and I went looking for a laptop. We spent an hour waiting behind a customer service employee. They only had three boys working the floor. None of which would be able to tell you about the product, but could tell you all about all the additional extras they think you should purchase. After waiting an hour to get the laptop that was featured for under $400 on the shelf, the employee retrieved the laptop, looked at it, and said " Oh, I'm sorry. I know the price says $379, but we only have an optimized version of this computer. You can't buy the one on display, but the one that we sell is $480." WHAT!? We took our dear sweet time comparing all of the specs (for an additional hour since there wasn't anyone there to help us figure out what would be the best computer for our needs) and then we wait another hour just to get it from behind a shelf and then you have the audacity to tell me that you don't have the product that is being displayed...and this was the SECOND time this has happened to me. Earlier in the year I went to purchase a flat screen monitor and again, the one that was displayed was no longer being sold, but I could buy another monitor for more money....very frustrating. When I asked for management I was told I would need to come back.



WORST EVER. Went to CompUSA, found a computer, knew what we were buying, and love our new laptop. No thanks to BestBuy. Not to mention the employee knew so much about the computers my head was spinning. He even went online to compare prices and made sure we were getting the best deal possible,

Don't bother calling

This store has the worst customer service when it comes to customer service over the phone. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!! It is very frustrating to purchase an item from this store and then require some assistance over the phone. No matter what time you attempt to reach them whether it be the geek squad or just a sales associate, no one ever answers the phone. You are better off calling the 1888-bestbuy number then to attempt to contact this store.
