bad service

I open an account and the gave me a debit card, then the block it because it was temporarily card, Im supose to recieve a new one by mail in 5 days and I Havent recieve anything, I went to the bank to get a new one, for arround one our and they make me waist my time while I didnt solve anythin, they said again that I will recieve a new debit card again by mail in 5 days, and I didnt!!!! I have to call to costumer servive headquarters to request a new card and they informed me that the Bank didnt request anything!!!

At the end I spend two weeks trying to get a Debit card and Im still waiting.......
