Waited almost 2 months for death certificate...they then asked us to pay $350.00 for an urn to transport my brothers ashes... did not need an urn but they stated it was necessary to ship remains No number of phone call was ever enough for them to reply

I want to thank National Funeral Home for the excellent job they did with my father after he died.They shipped him to Nicaragua and the process was quick and easy.They did and amazing job.I would recommend National Funeral Home to anyone

To bad no stars is an option. Years ago my husband died and i found this funeral... Gentleman that helped me was amazing. Sunday may 1 2016,i went to this establishment as my grandma passed away ..... Boy how things changed... This rude unpleasant unprofessional lady Estrella talked to me screaming at someone that she was with a family and cant come to the phone. She had no compassion..... This is not a profession for her. Took my business elsewhere and found an amazing place funeraria hialeah on hialeah drive.

I WAS NOT PLEASED AT ALL WITH THIS FUNERAL HOME. WE DID MY MOTHER IN LAW VIEWING HERE AND I HAD ORDERED SOME FLOWERS TO BE DELIVERED, AND THEY WOULD TELL ME THAT THEY HAVENT DELIVERED THEM YET WHEN THEY HAD THEM IN A SEPERATE ROOM . NOW WHEN WE WENT TO GET HER ASHES IN HER DEATH CERTIFICATE THEY HAD PUT SHE WAS MARRIED WHEN SHE WAS DIVORCED. FOR ME THERE SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY HORRIBLE. THEY HAVE TAKEN FOR EVER TO GIVE US HER ASHES, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY .

BEWARE!! This is an inhuman business and should be closed before they are able to destroy the lives of more people who have lost their loved ones. I lost my husband of 58 yrs and was too much in shock to realize that I should have removed his wedding ring. Several people saw it on his hand before they took him away. This funeral home could not find it. I WONDER: WHY NOT??? It was the only thing I needed so very badly that was always on him and should now be on me. I was told by the owner's rep, in a very abusive manner: "too bad, you should have removed it yourself." Also, without telling me, they removed the body to another town, 3 hrs away for cremation 1 week later. CRIMINAL! Close this business pretending to be funeral home!!!!

This is the worst funeral home in the world. Maria Alvarez that helped through this process is the worst human being in the world. My father passed away very suddenly about a month ago and I live in NYC. I called this funeral home because it was referred to me. Maria Alvarez gave me the wrong pricing for my dad's body to be shipped to NYC. A day before my dad was going to arrive they decide to call me and let me know that they forgot to include the flight cost. I had setup funeral services in NY for my dad as well as a cremation ceremony because of Maria Alvarez's ignorance the paperwork was done incorrectly and the paper work for the cremation was never signed by the medical examiner in Florida. My dad wasn't able to have his cremation memorial with his loved ones. When I found out that I wasn't going to be able to have the cremation ceremony, I called them and the person I spoke to told me,"the funeral home in NY will just have to put the body back in the refrigerator". I am completely disgusted by the way this funeral home does business. To add to my horrible experience when the death certificates arrived they had the wrong information on them...... Please stay away from this funeral home!!!!! This funeral home should be CLOSED DOWN !!!!!!!! I hope someone takes legal action against them. They don't even deserve a star rating. In order for my review to be posted I had to give them a star.

I am thankful that my grandparents have not passed yet, they purchased funeral services and paid for it in 1998, my grandfather went just one week ago to see exactly what he had purchased, Rafael adu bidul sahel or some crap like that, gave my grandparents a hard time, said his wife had gotten a divorce and she took my grandfathers account to Hialeah, my grandfather went there and his ex wife knew nothing about this, now "Rafael" want to give my family a hard time about his and know they have nothing......He is a shark a very mean evil person that will take your money and do a houdini and disapear it...please be carefull......ppl call help me Howard, they need to investigate this....anyone who needs help please call the State of Florida Financial Services and ask to speak with Karen Doerhing her number is 1 850-413-3039 get help

Get everything in writting before your loved one passes. They add things to the price of $695. If it sounds to good to be true it probably is.

They speak very nice and promise you the world but like always it's all to good to be true. Rafael or whatever his real name is, is a shark. Get everything in writting before your loved one passes away. Before you know what hit you there is a bunch of charges they don't even tell you about. Just be careful!!!
