I purchased a package from Groupon for 3 manicures/pedicures in late January. I tried calling Aurora January 25th through the 28th. I left more than three voicemail messages as well as sent 3 emails from a link I found on google for the same Aurora Salon and address. No one ever called me back. I was at a client for work in February and wanted to stop by the salon to make sure it was actually a nail salon and not some scam. Well the receptionist (young guy) refused to look me in the eye and said the excuse that I didn't call the right number. The link to Aurora's number is on the groupon, c'mon man. The manager (?) apologized and so I let it slide. When I did go for my first appt. that I set up I wasn't seen until 35 minutes past my scheduled time and the lady doing my manicure cut me three times. I just went in for my second appt. today because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt once again. After waiting for 40 minutes I finally walked up to reception (young guy again) and asked why I haven't been seen when I made a appt that I already paid for. He again refused to look me in the eye and speak up until I demanded him to. He said the nail tech wasn't in.... Ok, so no apology just pathetic service. I cannot believe the disregard for customer service. Don't go here!
