El evento de mi hija fue el 14 de Julio 2017 fueron sus 15 anos, para mi en lo personal quede super satisfecha con la atencion, servicio y profesionalismo de Aqua y de las personas que fueron parte de este Evento como Angela,quien fue mi coordinadora durante el proceso y el dia de la fiesta. Gracias por todo los detalles por estar pendiente en todo momento durante la fiesta, por el trato a mis invitados, no tuve ninguna queja departe de ellos. Muchas personas dicen que hacer fiesta es una perdida de dinero, y es mejor irse de vacaciones, creo que esta experiencia me hizo cambiar de pensar y ver lo feliz que estaba mi hija y de que todo lo que se planio salio como deseabamos podriamos decir que volveriamos ha usar sus servicios en el futuro. Muchisima gracias a Angela, Lina, la decoradora y los empleados que nos asistieron ese dia, fue una experiencia inolvidable y todos mis invitados les facino todo. Muchisimas gracias una vez mas y tambien por los extras que me dieron sin pedirlo. Que El Senor los bendiga grandemente.

My husband (Ruben) and I recently got married (June 11, 2017) at Aqua Reception Hall. We met several years ago, have two beautiful boys, but never had the opportunity to get married.
Until Ruben proposed to me last November. We immediately started our search to find a venue where we could host both our wedding ceremony as well as our wedding reception. We searched many beautiful venues and halls in Miami but we both fell in love with Aqua Reception Hall. From the moment we walked in for our first appointment to see the venue and packages they offered, not only did they treat me and my fiancée with respect and professionalism, they had a lot of patience with me considering I always visited them with my two boys. The moment you walk in the venue, you fall in love with it. Lina, thank you so very much, for working with me and around our budget. Not only did you guide me throughout the process, you made sure I had no doubt or questions regarding any and all details of my wedding. I took your advice on our linens, and thank you for the suggestion, our wedding reception looked fabulous. Claudia, thank you too for your patience. You have an amazing mind for décor. My wedding ceremony was gorgeous and flower arrangements were beautiful. Thank you for including those extra floral arrangements which were not included in my package. That was awesome. The food was incredible that evening. It was exactly what we had hoped for. Not only was it tasteful but the food came out hot. Our guest keep talking about how great the food and appetizers were. The service was amazing, Luis, our head waiter was always attentive to our needs. Ruben and I never had to ask for a beverage. If I could remember everyone else I would include you in this review. Our wedding ceremony and wedding reception amazing. An overall great experience. I wanted to say thank you and share this review with Aqua and others.

My wife and I recently hosted our daughter’s 15’s at AQUA Reception Hall in the month of May. I am not one to write many reviews, however, I am taking the time to write on how beautiful this venue looked for our daughter’s quinces.
She wanted a Paris theme, and AQUA gave us more than what we expected. The staff starting with the sales associate(Samantha) to the general manager (Lina) and all the vendors, not only had the patience and professional courtesy to deal with us but made our daughters dreams a reality. The food was amazing and very tasteful. The venue went out their way to add some additional items which were not included. Thank you so very much. It’s the small details that make the difference. The music, lighting, decoration, photo booth, and staff were amazing. Our coordinator said we had nothing to worry about that evening, and that is exactly how it happened. My hat’s off to Lina and the rest the team at AQUA. All of our guest are still raving about our event.

My Daughter's Quince was gorgeous, beautiful decoration, nice staff. They made me feel like family, Lina always was asking me about my preference and details. the best place to do your event is in Aqua Reception Hall

I had our ceremony/reception at Aqua on 04/09/2016. Unfortunately, we had several issues arise; Aqua staff failed to recognize or resolve. Dealing with Lina was an absolute nightmare. She was the "coordinator" who never called me or meet with me regarding my wedding. When I called to complain how rude she was to me and my guest, her sister Clauida, the manger, said she was rude because my event was unorganized. We were short 3 boutonnieres, which we paid for. When we asked to get our money, they claimed my mother, who never touched them, grabbed them and they don't know what she did w/ them but they saw it in the camera, which they refused to let us see.

We paid for two separate food stations, which we were told would include enough food for our 130 guests. Our guests were only allowed to get food from 1 of the stations, neither of which had enough food to serve all of our guests. We called & spoke to the manager, Claudia. She explicitly told us we were ungrateful and refused to help.

Overall, we had a terrible experience with our reception/wedding ceremony which took place on 04/09/16. We had several issues ranging from the DJ, Food, and professionalism from the staff the day of our wedding. When we contacted the venue after our ceremony, the manager Claudia told my wife she was ungrateful and she didn't wish to help us further. I will never recommend Aqua to anyone unless they change management.

SPECTACULAR! Lina, Claudia and Samantha are professionals and as a team orchestrated an unforgettable evening for my daughter, family and friends. Service was flawless. Every detail was perfect. Décor was beyond what we could have imagined. The center pieces were magnificent, linens, tableware, china were stunning. The attention to detail was over the top. Package included E&M Sweets for the cake. It was lovely and delicious. Yamila Images was the photographer and we are delighted with ALL the pictures! On behalf of our family, thank you to the entire AQUA team for a SPECTACULAR, AMAZING evening that we will cherish forever!

Every time I think of how my wedding turned out this past Valentine's Day I want to cry. That first look I got of the venue, before all the guests came in from cocktail hour, took my breath away. Absolutely everything was perfect. The staff at Aqua Reception hall helped me plan out my vision every step of the way. When things didn't sound like they would work with my theme, they gave me their professional opinion and it turned out amazing. Every question that I had throughout the planning process, they answered almost immediately. I served my guests chicken Marsala with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.... AMAZING. The serving staff was wonderful and they made sure everything ran smoothly the entire night. If I could do it all over again, I wouldn't change a thing. I really could go on and on about how perfect the night was. My dream truly came true... Thank you so much Aqua.

From the moment we walked into Aqua Reception Hall we were greeted with a friendly and helpful staff. Lina and Samantha are absolutely amazing! They helped us with every detail for our event that helped make that night special and unique. Our event was booked a month before the event so we knew there was little time and much to get done. My father's 70th surprise birthday party was as unique and special as he is. The event planners helped make this day an incredible memory for those of us who were there to celebrate his special day. Each and every guest was greeted by the friendly staff at Aqua. We wanted a celebration that was cozy and intimate so he could enjoy time with his loved ones, and Aqua was able to accomplish that with big and small details alike. People had a marvelous time dancing the night away and taking pictures in the photo booth. We didn't want your usually sit down dinner so we chose the stations. The food was exactly what we were looking for and nothing was left over because our guests ate everything! The cake designer they recommend is another gem! I've lived in the area of the bakery all my life and had never heard of Cynthia the cake designer but I realized I was missing out on her delicious cakes and her amazing decorating talent. She did an amazing job in creating a cake that was unique and went with the theme and colors of the party. And what can we say about the staff and servers....diligent, delightful and wonderfully helpful until the very end of the event. Everyone was always making sure we had what we needed and offered their help until the very end of our event. I'm definitely recommending Aqua to my friends and family and hope to use their services again in the future.

My wedding turned out to be everything I pictured and more. One month before my wedding I had my reception set with another company and they ended up telling me everything they offered me was a lie. I desperately started looking for a new place and by a miracle I ran into Aqua and they had one opening for my wedding date. I met with Samantha the next day to discuss my needs and wants and she was so pleasant I chose to stick with them immediately. They had a little over three weeks to plan my perfect wedding and they did. Lina, Claudia, & Samantha are amazing they go above and beyond to help and facilitate your wedding day. All my guests were in awe of how beautiful and modern everything was. Thank you aqua for making my vision a reality and going the extra mile to add a few extra sprinkles on top! I would definitely recommend Aqua to anyone and if I ever need a reception again I'll come back to Aqua without a doubt. So satisfied! Lura

I had my wedding at this venue. It was absolutely beautiful. The food was great, the decor and lighting was just as I wanted, aND the DJ was very approachable aND incorporated everything we wanted. Definitely the best wedding I could have hoped for.

My husband and I had an event here and was provided with a bad service. Employees were picking in food with hands before serving to guest. lady providing services was rude and gave nasty faces on top of that many of our families and friends complained about the her and her inappropriate behavior durring the event. There was also no dishes provided for the cocktail hour. Definitely will not be recommending this place Or using this reception hall again.

Aqua is awesome! The service is great! Christina and Lina were awesome! Maybe get your own DJ instead of DJ Mike, he would leave his post and the music kept skipping. The owner of M&M Sweets was a little standoffish, and wouldn't answer my emails on time. But in the end the cake was good, the vanilla one. The decor was so beautiful! My daughter loves Aqua.

When my husband and I decided to use Aqua for our reception venue on October 12,2014 we were very excited and knew we were making the right choice.The venue is very clean and looks amazing.The price we were given for our package was a great deal and included everything we needed to have a complete afforable reception.The original coordinator we met was very nice and more importantly had lots of knowledge on the packages offered. a few months after we gave a deposit We were introduced to a new coordinator (#2) . We were told that they changed all of the packages so we spent some time with aqua putting together a package to fulfill what we paid for.Three days before the wedding we received a call from Aqua @8pm regarding the final payment and was told it had to be made that night. because We live 3 hours away we told them that we will come first thing in the morning to make the payment ,that's when I was yelled at by the florist(coordinator) telling me "IF YOU DO NOT COME IN TONIGHT AND PAY CASH YOUR FLOWERS WILL BE CANCELLED FOR BOTH YOUR WEDDING AND RECEPTION NOR WILL YOUR FOOD BE ORDERED" I couldn't believe what i was hearing.The day of the reception we were yet again given a brand new Coordinator (#3)in which we never met nor were we informed of this change by Aqua; not once did the new coordinator introduce herself or coordinate our reception. thank god we hired a MC he was more of a acting Coordinator. Myself along with my guest was served undercooked rice and when i addressed the issue it was completly ignored. last but not least its been almost 5 months and we have yet to receive ANY pictures or videos of our big day that we paid for in full.we have constantly tried to call/email the photographer with no response.I would not recommend Aqua and unfortunately I may end up in court to receive my wedding pictures and video that is being held hostage. I will update this review and explain How/when these issues are resolved

hola quiciera tener una pagina entera para poder escribir que tan agradecida estoy con Aqua Reception Hall y Lina Espitia su duena, Mi evento no fue una boda, fueron los Sweet 16 de mi hija Mariana y puedo decir que no tengo palabras para expresar mi agradecimiento por tan hermoso, fabuloso, elegante, increible, maravilloso e inolvidable evento. cumplio y paso mis expectativas, su gusto, sus detalles, la forma como manejaron todo, sus disenadores, su florista, la que hizo el cake de mi hija fueron personas super amables y con un gusto excepcional, sin dejar atras su chef, su Dj y su maestro de ceremonia, sus meseros, todo su equipo de trabajo fueron excelentes. Fue una noche inolvidable, su salon increible a la altura de los mejores, la hora loca fue increible, el photo booth lo mejor y lo mas hermoso de todo esa forma tan profesional pero a la vez tan calida y personalizada que maneja la senora Lina Espitia, toda mi familia y amigos quedaron encantados con toda la fiesta, tuvieron cuidado hasta del mas minimo detalle.

We had our daughters Quinceanera at Aqua and it was a wonderful! All our guest loved the venue and complimented us on how elegant and modern it was. My daughter said the decor was "beautiful and everything she had dreamed of". The staff was very professional, the food was delicious and the party music had everyone dancing. We highly recommend Aqua and would not hesitate to have another event there. Thank you Lina and staff for providing us with an EXCEPTIONAL night!!!

To begin with, when I first entered Aqua I fell in love! I loved everything! The floors, the chandeliers, and the bar. Everything seemed perfect for my wedding. I loved how everything sparkled and I knew this is the place I needed to get married at and I was not disappointed! I was just so amazed on how beautiful my wedding looked! The payed attention to every detail. The centerpieces, the decorations, the food... I had so many compliments on my wedding day! Everyone loved the place. I would definitely have another special occasion at Aqua.

Never did I imagine to have such a wonderful night like the night I got married. Specially because of the help of Lina Espitia and the Aqua Reception Hall staff, I had the wedding reception of my dreams. While I was trying to finish college in Gainesville, FL, my mother took charge of planning my wedding. My mother, a detailed-oriented and picky woman, felt an excellent customer service experience from Mrs. Lina, who is also very detail oriented and open to my mother's Venezuelan ideas and party traditions. Because I have some experience in the event planning field, I understand and am grateful all the hard work of the Aqua owners, and the respect, friendliness and professional work of Lina's staff. The day of the reception, which was on June 20, the staff was attentive and professional. DJ Mike has a lot to offer to the dance floor. He has an ability to be flexible and catches on quickly to the guests' music preferences. I may be biased when it comes to the master of ceremony, since I've only met one ever, but he was exceptional and made my first dance with my husband and my dad's dance special. The food was incredible and the photography services, which were recommended by Lina, were exceptional as well! Everything my mother and I imagined the wedding to be came to reality. I was impressed, the guests were impressed, and my mother was happy. To say the least, I would be very happy to work with the owners again. I would never agree with any negative comments towards these amicable and professional staff or the owners because I know Lina will go above and beyond to make your day special! If you are thinking about contacting this vendor, don't think about it twice and just do it. From one ex-bride to a future bride, I hope your wedding night is as special as mine was.

On May 31, 2014, we had the pleasure to celebrate our daughter's 15 birthday in Aqua Reception Hall. The place was beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff super helpful and friendly. Besides, we could not ask for more in terms of the decorations. We chose an under the sea theme with seahorses, starfishes and pearls, and the place just looked stunning. All my family and friends were very pleased with the Reception Hall. Everybody was asking us how we found that beautiful place. The kids enjoy the party so much because there is a special feature in Aqua where the DJ is placed in a platform. I never saw something like that before in any other reception place.I highly recommend Aqua for any celebration because it is a place that hasn't compare with any other and you really enjoy your celebration!

I won't forget my daughter's face when we entered the place, she had a smile that is going to be engraved forever in the bottom of my heart.
