I want to warn everyone about this store. American Signature Furniture located at 7775 SW 40th Street, Miami, Fl 33155. They will not replace your damaged merchandise even if you paid for warranty, the customer service is inexistent and you will be scammed by their associates. A $2000 couch lasted 9 month and they refuse to take it back even when it is under warranty. The associate that sold me the couch is not work... view more

Customer service is bad. They have items in the floor that actually do not have in stock or are discontinued. Yet they will sell it to their customers just to get a sale and make their comission. The things that they do have then their warehouse which they allege it is out of the state might not carry it and they schedule a delivery without doublechecking availability directly with the storage. BUYERS BEWARE - ITEMS ARE NOT IN STOCK

American signature advertise item that are not in stock. Purchased living furniture at that Camp Creek Market Place In East Point, Ga. back in April, was told it would be delivered May 1, it was not I called around May 5th and was told it would be delivered May 20th on May 20th I called the store again and was told they did not show a deliver date.
