A lot of companies talk about customer service. A lot of companies say ""we will be there for you"" A lot of companies say a lot. But All Air of South Dade not just says it, they back it up. I have never experienced such amazing customer service EVER!!! Christy, Erica, Mike, Chris, Van, and Juan were the most wonderful people I have ever encountered any service industry. I have a pregnant wife and an 11 month old (the most beautiful child you?ll ever see) so when my A/C gave out the only thing I thought of was ?how can I get this fixed?. I went thru friends ?my A/C guy is Great?? didn?t show, companies I heard on the radio (after explaining I have a baby and a pregnant wife at home), we can be out there in two to three days? WHAT are you kidding me? you are aware we live in Miami, right? I come across All Air of South Dade?s website (www.all-air) so here I go, right off the bat Erica takes my call and says we can be there between 12 and 2pm I explain to her I am at work and I don?t get out ?till late, she assures me after a 10 minute conversation the technician will be out there and not to worry. Here it is 6pm and Christy calls me to let me know Chris was held up at the previous job but he will be there she assured me.here comes 6:45 pm and Chris knocks on my door, ready to help. He takes a very thorough look at both units (inside and outside) while I?m standing next to him asking him a bunch of question (which he answered every single one) and says in a very polite way I only see two options 1. I can change the compressor, but you A/C unit is really old (20 years old to be exact) and you most likely will be calling us back to fix it again if it doesn?t ruin your system completely , 2. (The one I didn?t want to hear) we can replace your entire system. (Queue the scary music), but here?s the funny part he says ?that is my opinion you could have someone else come out and take a look at it they may tell you, i'll hang around if you'd like and answer any questions you may have if they say something different but that?s what I see?. So I call around and the price he quoted me was fair. Christy our little A/C angel takes my call at about 9:30 in the evening to answer a few more of my questions and again answers all of them kindness and patiences, she follows up with me thru out the day of the install and calls to see how I am doing I am honestly thinking in my head ? they already have my money, but she?s still genuinely concerned . THE NEXT DAY Van and Juan are at my home ready to install my new A/C unit, and they roll out the black carpet, no that?s not a typo the actually brought a black carpet so they wouldn?t dirty my floor. When I told him not to worry about it he said thank you sir but it?s the principal? the principal I have never heard a technician speak like that, the principal? Wow. both of them work outside in the rain and not once did I here them complain. They manitianed a professional demeenor and a pleasnt attitude. Mike spoke to me earlier in the day to assure me of some financial questions I had and again answered all of my questions. I sure do ask a lot of questions uh? Over all to be fair five stars is not enough to give this company, I don?t think there is enough stars in the universe to give them they really were amazing. We had All Air of South Dade already in our business about one year ago and now in our home. They are on time what is a very important factor for us. And the service is great. The Technician: Mr. Santos/Charles did a great job explaining what needs to be done. And on the same day we have given the o.k. the job was done. To all the women..... they come and go and everything is clean!!! The cost a little high but Swiss quality. Thank you very much All Air team.

Richard made recommendations as to how to fix my a/c, offered me choices etc. He had my a/c fixed within minutes and it's working perfectly a week later. Richard is very professional, has a motorcycle like me and I can tell is a great all around human being. The process for writing a review here was very intense, having to create accounts, complex searches, and I would not have gone through that trouble unless a person had really made an impact on me. Outstanding Customer Service !\n\nMy mom and I, were very impressed with the above average level of customer service. Since the very first day my mom decided to call this company and spoke with Ericka, she knew she was in good hands. Ericka booked the appointment, and sent two technicians named ""SANTOS&CHARLES"". They checked our A/C unit and based on their expertise, they highly recommended that it was to our benefit to replace our 15+ years A/C unit, considering how much money was to be spent in order to fix it. A couple of days later, two technicians ""ADAM&JUAN"" came by and installed the new A/C unit. They were very professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. Finally, a couple of days later, two other technicians named ""RICHARD&COLBY"" came by to complete the outdoor cement setup that was done for the outside unit, and checked the performance of the inside unit. I must say RICHARD&COLBY went the extra mile to make us feel pleased and happy with our new A/C purchase. These added values, of going the extra mile for customers, and outstanding customer service, is what makes customers happy, and highly recommend this company. Also, we would like to thank Ericka for her customer service calls. When our upstairs AC unit started freezin up on a Saturday, we knew we were probably in for some big overtime fees, which is what I found when I called the company I have used for many years, I will not mention their name. I went on Angie's list and after reading such good reviews, decided to call All Air. I was thrilled to find out that they charge the same fee for a service call no matter when you call, and that they would come look into the problem on a Sunday, and it was Mother's day also. Richard arrived as promised, and was professional in every respect, explaining the problems and issues and offering options in terms of the fix's. He even took pictures!He came back today and did a total rehaul of the unit, making it like new. I was also impressed that the owner called after the service call to make sure we were happy with Richard. As long as everything keeps running good with the unit, All Air of South Dade is officially our new AC company. We also appreciated the discount for being Angie's List subscribers...

My air conditioning unit was old and in terrible shape. We spend so much money allowing different companies to come in and claim they can repair the air handler...\nI decided its time to research AC companies and had a few come out to the house. I received different estimates for a new unit. Mike came out to the house and was the only one that spend a lot of time collecting all the detail,measuring exactly the space we have and not focusing on selling me an expensive unit.He was accurate and professional and I felt very confident to give all-air the job.It was a long and hard job, Van and his crew worked for 12 hours until everything was done, perfect and clean! I highly recommend ALL-AIR. It was such a pleasure to work with all of them and to know they will do what ever it takes to do the best possible job and give you the best possible service!!!
