Dear Potential Law Client in a Domestic Violence Case: I never, in my 57 year life, thought I might ever be a defendant in a misdemeanor domestic violence case. I work in real estate, had never, ever been arrested for any type of battery, and committed no domestic violence against my wife, an immigrant to the U.S. from Peru. The latter fact, a learned quickly, was my undoing. Immigration law requires that an immigrant spouse remain in a marriage for two years, to demonstrate that the marriage is real, not simply "arranged" to circumvent U.S. Immigration laws. The only exception is for genuine cases of domestic violence, Congress not wanting immigrants to be forced to remain in a marriage involving domestic violence. What I learned, way too late, is that immigrants regularly "cry wolf", i.e. domestic violence, in order to get out of a marriage before the two year time requirement. Making a provably false complaint to authorities about domestic violence provides an immigrant spouse -- and this goes both ways on the gender issue, as my next girlfriend had been a victim herself of false accusations years before -- a "deportation-proof" divorce. Anyway, I soon learned that communication with the State Attorney's Office is essential to proving one's innocence. In fact, I also learned that domestic violence laws have been so toughened -- 3 or 4 separate major overhauls and strengthenings of the domestic violence laws, and additions of Courts, Prosecutors, and other personnel, by the Florida Legislature, in the past 20 years -- that a domestic violence criminal defendant, yes, must virtually prove his or her innocence. Because Sara Shulevitz had worked for the State Attorney's Office, as a Domestic Violence prosecutor, she was able to help me prove my innocence, and save my business reputation, which ultimately also meant saving my business. I submit for your consideration that if you genuinely believe you are innocent, only a former prosecutor is likely to be listened to seriously by the present prosecutor in your case. Ms. Shulevitz, therefore, stands out as one of perhaps three defense counsels who can predictably win your case. Additionally, Ms. Shulevitz cares about you/me/the client, is honest, and works diligently to get the job done, qualities which are not always present in attorneys. And finally, her fees are reasonable. There are plenty of attorneys glad to take your money, many who do not have the ability to successfully defend an innocent client. For anyone reading this who seriously believes he or she is innocent, I URGE YOU, IN THE NAME OF JUSTICE, TO HIRE SARA SHULEVITZ. Sincerely, Jackson Rip Holmes 920 Sevilla Avenue, # 206 Coral Gables, Florida 33134 Phone: 305-338-5000 E-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org P.S. Since my name and address are included, I will say that U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agents confirmed for me, that my wife is but one of many, who all too often use domestic violence laws to commit federal immigration fraud.

I served time In South Carolina on a ten year sentence In 1985 till 1991 for a Major Felony. After moving back to Miami, I caught a Grand Theft Auto charge In 1993, which after making Bail I went back to South Carolina. In 1995 I was arrested once again on a Felony Charge. I served two years and was released. I returned to Miami and was arrested for the 1993 Charge, after a traffic stop. I received 5years Probation. I Then was arrested again for new Grand Theft Auto In 2006. A family member knew a friend that knew one of the best Lawyers in Dade County and was able to get him to take my case Pro;Bono. I was facing 10years but Mr. Don Cohn was able to get me a sentence of 1year and a Day, plus 2years of House Arrest. After completing my prison time and starting my house arrest back at home, I contacted Mr. Cohn about this house arrest situation and he was sad to inform me he could no longer help me, because he had been Elected JUDGE. He then informed me that he was turning over many of his cases to a young Attorney by the name of SARA SHULEVITZ. I knew she must be a really good Lawyer If a man who just became a Judge was telling me she was who I needed. I contacted her the next day and she took my case. She worked out a payment plan for me and began working at once on my case. Ms. SHULEVITZ was able to get me in front of JUDGE PRESCOTT within a matter of weeks. The State of Florida was not very happy when Ms. SHULEVITZ was able to get the Judge to agree to change the 18months left on house arrest to regular Probation. After completing the probation, I once again had to rely on Ms.SHULEVITZ. After having cleared my cases, I was arrested 2009 for GRAND THEFT AUTO. I tried to make bail but was not able to because they held me on probation violation which I had already completed. Ms. SHULEVITZ came to the jail and told me to give her some time to get all this mess straighted out. I really do not know how she did it all, but within 2weeks I had a NO ACTION AND NO PROBATION PAPER IN MY HAD, I was released that night from the DADE COUNTY JAIL. A MONTH LATER I RECEIVED A LETTER OF CLEMENCY FROM THE STATE OF FLORIDA. I OWE ALL THIS TO A REALLY HARD WORKING AND PROFESSIONAL LAWYER BY THE NAME OF MS. SARA SHULEVITZ
Miss Tamargo is a very nice criminal lawyer. I have seen her in many cases and she has showed American people how easy things could run if we were more aware of the things that we do. In my opinion all the consequences that drug trafficking bring are getting this society in a eternal hell where bad boys dominate good intentions. I don’t like to see how illegal people can’t have permission to study, and as a consequences, they stay walking and fighting in the streets purchasing and selling drugs…they should be at home, studying and having fun! Like normal citizens!..So, I have seen Miss Tamargo working hard to defend people who deserve it, and in that way, show people what the good way to live this life is. We have to respect each other and we have to let people have the opportunities they need. I support this lawyer and I really recommend her because she is honest, serious and USA lover!!!
Yamile Tamargo hap me I have no legs and she only charge me 1000,00 when my matterwas 3500.00. I got to like that lady so much, She is filing for my naturalization papers and I do not know where she is or how to contact her. I hope she would read this and know that i am concern about her. As far as my concern the natrualization I would like to get it done. She said she would not charge me anything but I can give her something if the money I gave her would be considered her payment I would yet give her the money for the application again. I just want her to call me 786 356 1817. I am praying for her stuff do happens and she might just need some help. I would not talk bad about her she is a beautiful person whats going on in her life I dont know but I wish her the best and hope she would call me soon this business gets a five star from me
On behalf of myself, my son and wife, words are not sufficient to express our gratitude and appreciation towards David Seltzer for all his hard work and selfless dedication in the successful completion of our son’s criminal case. David is a professional who is always available at different times ready to address our concerns. He has acted as a counselor, advisor and above all, a lawyer who has looked out for our best interests. David’s extensive experience and skills as a defense attorney and prosecutor paid off in the dismissal of all charges against my son. If you want an aggressive attorney who is willing to go that extra mile, I can recommend David to anyone who is in need of legal services without any reservations. Thank you so much David, we are deeply indebted to you for giving us our lives back.
Sara was recommended to my friends from LA because I was being charged with 16 felony charges. I honestly felt like I would never see the light again and I was losing hope. Sara came to meet me and her confidence and professionalism is what made me feel at ease. Sara and her paralegal simon are very diligent and work around the clock to help and work your case with the go getter attitude. She was flexible with my payment plan and not to mention when she walks into the courtroom all eyes are on her that you feel like you are a high profile client. The outcome of my case was my charges were Nolle Pros and no jail time or probation. 16 felonies is pretty much life in jail and she was able to prove my innocence and in only a less than a month my case was over!
I would recommend the law office of Donet, Mcmillian and Trontz to all of my friends and family. Their office staff is top of the line in customer service and very knowledgable. I was personally assisted by David Donet and David Trontz, whom worked as a team on my case. Hiring them to assist me on my case was the best desicion I've could have made . I was mostly assisted by David TrontZ whom I highly respect and thank him for all the hard work in getting my case dismissed . He is a highly experienced and one of the smartest individuals I 've met so far. I'm extremely satisfied with their services, and would encourage anyone needing legal advise to give them a call or to stop by. Iris
Look no further. David is an amazing person and attorney. Not many attornies take their cases personal or answer their phone EVERY time you call, text, or email, night or day..... Well, David does!!! AND HE WINS IN COURT!!!!! What seemed like an impossible verdict David made it possible. He knows just the right words to tell the Judge and at the right time, which is very important. We couldn't ask for more from him. He truly outdid himself. We recommend David with our eyes closed. I hope we never have the need to retain a criminal defense attorney again in the future but if we do, David is who we will call without a doubt. He is a blessing to our family.
A couple of years ago I went to Miami to spend my vacations. I rented a car and went to enjoy the night. Unfortunately I got drunk and while driving I crashed a boy. He was a good actor he seemed to be about to die… I was put in prison! After a couple of days I was free again thanks to Miss Tamargo. I never knew what she did, I just know that someone recorded a video of the accident and Miss Tamargo used it and her knowledge to set me free. Finally we realized that the boy just wanted to get some money from me… he was a good actor but Miss Yamile was a wonderful lawyer. Thank you!
I love Yamile Tamargo, their great services guarantee that your problems will be solved as soon as possible. She knows many people in the business and always uses their influences towards helping her customers. Their strong personality and their voice are two good attributes that all the lawyers need. She has helped me in my citizenship matters and everything was ok, she loved helping immigrants. I trust and love her. She is very professional and serviceable, I love Tamargo Law!
