I used Blue Horizon to move to Indonesia earlier this year. This was my experience: I put my info on a site which sends it to a bunch of companies. I received emails from 7 different ones and phone calls from 3. I spent about 20 minutes on the phone with Blue Horizon going over the whole process. The guy was very detailed and explained all that was required for me to be able to clear customs hassle free. That’s what set this company apart from the others who focused mainly on the price and couldn’t really confidently and readily answer specific questions as to my particular situation. There are very specific guidelines for foreigners moving to Jakarta. KITAS is needed before arriving. I shipped a 20’ container which came to my door. Three movers came to pack. I was told the day before to be ready by 8am, they didn’t get there until 8:45. Packing took fairly long but they were polite and didn’t really seem to mind my wife changing her mind a thousand times as to what’s going and what’s staying. In the end the container was totally full. Price: $7,695 and that included delivery in Jakarta and packing in GA. This was 2nd most expensive of the 7 I got. Also, I was given a choice as far as paying for additional fees that would apply in Indonesia in advance or when the container gets there. It was nice knowing I would have to pay more before I picked to go with a particular company. Apparently there are a bunch of costs that are usually not included so be sure to read all estimates carefully and ASK! Service: it was mostly via email after the initial call but that was actually better because I prefer to have things in writing in case something goes wrong down the line. I was getting updates throughout and any questions I had were answered promptly. Shipping took ~6 weeks pretty much as long as was listed on the contract. When the container got here, sure enough there were charges at the port. I had to shell out another $600 bucks but I was ready for it. When everything was said and done, a box of glassware was a bit crushed and a few glasses didn’t survive the voyage. I’m happy with how everything turned out.

Recently I used Alex Moving for my move to my new apartment at Miami Beach. I was very happy indeed the move was a total Success. I was impressed with the way the employees handle my furniture and items. They were very nice despised my constant request to move things around. The price of the move was very reasonable, since I have to move a lot due to my job Description and believe me I speak from experiences. I have dealt with other moving companies before but they can not compare to Alex Moving. I am adding their information to my Facebook account in order for my friends, colleagues’ and contacts have their information for future moves. I would definitely use them again. I would give them more that 5 Stars. Alex Moving was a great experience and from now on I would only used Them. Please don’t ever change! Keep up The AWESOME SERVICES THAT YOU PROVIDE. A very Happy CUSTOMER Best Regards to ALEX MOVING AND HIS TEAM!!!!!!!
My name is Reynaldo Quinones and I was refered to LTA Logistics by a friend. I purchased 6 machines at the Ritchie Brothers auction in Davenport, FL this past August 2011. I had already gotten a few quotes from different trucking companies and brokers at the auction. I went ahead and gave my loads to a trucking company and after a few days they had only transported one machine. This was unacceptable that's when I remember I had received a quote from LTA Logistics. I called them and they still honor the rates they had issued to me a few days back. I ask them how soon they can pick up my machine and they said that they will try to get them out of the auction within 36 hours. To my surprise all 5 remaining machines were pick up the next day. LTA Logistics got me out of a bind and for that I'm grateful to LTA.
