My car was at this shop for 50 days, Jan 14 though March 4. They blame the insurance company for the delay and did show me proof that Progressive facilitated the delays as well. The front desk staff were all very sweet and as attentive as they could be, no complaints there. The manager, Eric, was pleasant, but like most body shops, they tell you it will be ready one day and it's another month before it is actually ready. When I was dealing with Mario at the beginning he would call me to give me some sort of updates but that stopped quickly, after 2nd week there. I asked the receptionist several times to have the owner call me to discuss my situation but I never received a call back from the owner. I was unhappy with the whole process and the time it took to get my car fixed, something that should have taken 2 weeks max took nearly 2 months. I will be reaching out to my insurance to figure out what happened on their end. I really wanted to like this business because the people working there seemed very sweet, but based on the experience I had, whether because of them or Progressive, I still would not recommend them.

I just want to say that Im not one to complain about anything, I think its a waste of time. Im going to make this to the point. 1. I knowledgeable about their products. 2.They do very sloppy work. Their bad installion costed me a siren. They also poorly installed sensors that caised them to not function properly and had them improplerly taped causing them to hang in my driving sight. And they had left my battery terminal loose which caused me to get stranded. 3. They are just unreliable. I had to wait more than 3 months to receive one little part. and the worse part was, instead of calling the customer to keep them up to date on whats going on they had me calling and sitting around, until I called them and told them I was fed up. 4.The manager their doesnt know how to properly greet a customer. How are you going to address me "whats wrong with your car now?" To my conclusion. I would avoid this place. They do not know what their doing. They had to send me to their southern store to fix a simple alarm adjustment they (kendall store) couldnt do. So avoid the hassle and go to real professionals.
I am not exaggerating when I state that Charlie's Paint and Body Shop is a wonderful place to have your car repaired. My personal experience is that my brand new 2013 Mustang GT Premium Convertible was side-swiped with considerable damage to the right front of the car.
