Bad, Poor, Expensive......
I use to be a regular client a year ago, the Management staff was friendly, and helpfull BUT NOW...... I came back again from New York and the new people and service are "TERRIBLE"; at the beggining I ask if the place was sold but not, same owner but not the same place. Only ONE guy from previous management remain and is the only good one (a small guy from El Salvador).
No quality control, Management is poor, the place looks dirty, too expensive for the kind of service they provide now, before it was ok because service was great but NOW...........
Poor business move by owner...... " your place use to be GREAT".

First and foremost i need to apologise to you for my untimely response.
I take every response very seriously good,bad or indifferent.
This is the first time i came across this response and i hope you can find it in your heart to accept my apology.
In answer to your post there are 2 managers of the 3 still with me.
