Horrible! Rude!

I had the same terrible experience! The receptionist at Mose Med Spa is rude and incompetent. She scheduled me an appointment for november 15 and when I showed up the door was locked so I called and they didn't even have my appointment on record! Keep in mind I waited an entire month to get the appointment in the first place then they didn't apologize for their mistake or try to fit me in as soon as possible. Instead, they made me another appointment for another 4 weeks later. At this point I waited 8 weeks to even see them. For the second appointment, I was stuck in traffic and even called them to tell them and when I showed up only 15 minutes late they turned me away and were so incredibly rude. They didn't offer me any options to compensate for this nor did they apologize for their mistake 4 weeks earlier. I drove all the way from Miami Beach and had to turn around. This place is a disaster. I would advise to never go here. Never go to Mosa Med Spa! I have gone to other spas for laser hair removal and had wonderful experiences. They need to reform their staff and have respect for the customers time and money. I would give no stars if i could also!
