Having entered this establishment as a freshly arrived tourist... i politely asked to take a photo of a pizza because it was so large. Something we don't see in the uk. I was told "No: abruptly. at the same moment the little mexican said no, i snapped a photo, quite shocked he had said no to me i asked why and i was told "i told you not too take photos..!!" Whats the big deal i asked..? " No photos was his reply "...suddenly another member of staff came out and he looked a little more intellectual than this guy, so i asked him can i take a photo of the pizza... "No was his reply..!!" So i stood there and thought what a miserable bunch of staff. If this is miami's finest on washington drive.. god save me for the next 3 days. The situation became uncomfortable and i certainly did't want to buy anything after my rude encounter with the staff at "Groovy's Customer service department" Realising, I wasn't in a professional business, who care about customers and good relations, i immediately left the chimpanzee cage and continued my walk along washington drive. I certainly didn't want to taste the food after my encounter. Morons..!! I hope your management see this and i hope my picture of little boy pizza gets him sacked.... absolutely outstanding behaviour...!! Will i go back to one of your outlets..? I dont think so i'd rather sit with a chimp and eat nuts, at least i will get more appropriate communication skills...!! image taken 3rd november 14:26pm 2012 This member of staff needs to understand customer service...but you could always sack him instead.
