Short staff or short fuse??
The website states George's goal is to provide quality, good service and great food? none of which was true for my party of six last Saturday night. Once we were given bread and water, there was a 30-45 minute wait for our food. With two birthday celebrations to attend to there was little time for the guests at our table; we had to practically beg for more bread. When served, the entire meal of salads and entree's were crowded on our table. The food was just average and some was overcooked. After another lengthy wait one of us had to beckon for the bill when she caught the owners? attention and after making an expression to her husband, another owner came to our table to complain about the private communication at our table. Although we made no complaint initially, we did tell him how we felt. He said he did not care for attitude and suggested that we eat elsewhere in the future. None of the guests at my table have ever experienced such behavior from a restaurant. I give this owner 5 stars for his insolence, but only one for his restaurant.
