I made reservations on May 14, 2010 through the 1-800 numbers. The lady who took care of me was very courteous and helpful. I explained it would be for my son and myself and if he could check in before me. He is 18yrs old. She checked with someone and said yes, to put his name on the reservation as well. When my son arrived the man who took care of it to check in was rude, disrespectful and most of all a liar. When I called to see what was going on he said his manager Mr. J. Rodriguez cancelled the reservation because my son was 18yrs old, however when asked speak with him he was not at the hotel and would not be back until Monday. My question how would Mr. Rodriguez know my son was 18yrs if the info on the reservation was mine and he was not there when my son showed up? This man offered no solution as I explained that I was three hours away still. Needless to say we found another hotel but this one as far as honesty and customer service leaves alot to be desired. I emailed Mr. Rodriguez but have not gotten a response. I do not recommend this hotel at all. If this is the checking in, imagine afterwards.... This man should be fired if this is the personnel they have taking care of customers!!!
