lousy customer service

Judge for yourself. Never showed up to do the job. When I called Stuart, was told I could reschedule for next day or pay $200 emergency fee for them to come that evening. So, if you want lousy customer service and unreliable service, call Stuart Services. They don't come out when scheduled, but for $200 extra fee they will...what a rip off!!! Consumer beware!

Chris C. came out with Mike D. to install our new inside and outside A/C units. They were so professional that except for the fact that our A/C worked when they left, I would never have known they were even there! Everything was completely cleaned up (a rarity in my experience of technicians from other companies) and Chris C. even swept the floor when they were done!
