So I brought my sewing machine in to get fixed in July, were in September going into October, and I still didn't get my machine back. I call and call and call, during the September month and he won't answer his phone so I can go pick it up. At this point I don't care if it's fixed now, I just want my machine. I shouldn't have to fight with someone I was going to pay over a hundred dollars for to just get a small thing fixed. But I did attempt to go to the shop and waited til he got there and I guess he's never there because there's a sign saying call these numbers for him to go to his shop, and on top of that how does he even do business when he doesn't answer his phone or he turns it off and it goes rite to voicemail, on top of that frustration I looked in the window and my machine was in the same spot I left it. He never even looked at it.... *sighs* I just don't know wat else to do, I just hope I can get my machine back. :[

I purchased an embroidery hoop from this company. When I asked to return it I was given the run around. When I wrote a note exes sing my disappointment in their customer service this is the note I got back word for word - copied and pasted. I was shocked.



"Ok then you can send it back pay the shipping, and I will take it back and what ever the freight was to ship to you then you can pay that to. I will credit the balance.

That way I do not need to pay for a stupid mistake that you made . You order it and expect my company should pay for your error.

Now you think about it. do you run a business that can just take thing back and eat all the cost for freight?

Sorry I told you about this special order.

Then you say you do not or will not order again shame on you.

I told you a would give a the best price anytime you needed anything. Some people you can never make happy.

Let me know now what you want to do. This will amount to about 6 dollars when you figure it out what the freight is.

Quit crying and let get this over with.I will write a bad review about you if you do it to me I promise I know how.
