Pet Palace Pet Grooming

The new owner Jill is extremely friendly and nice. She did an amazing job grooming my foster an abused and timid German Shepard. She took her time and even took pauses when she felt the dog was getting a little overwhelmed. When I came back to pick her up my foster she was relaxed and having a great time playing with the other dogs on top of looking amazing.

We just started going to Pet Palace and we have been thrilled! We have a two year old Australian Shepherd who does not ware out easily. One day at Pet Palace and it takes two days of napping to fully recover (in a good way).

On her first day of daycare, I think we were both a little nervous. But Jill sent me text and picture updates throughout the day and at pickup time, our dog didn't want to leave her new friends!

Last week we tried out the grooming services and we were, again, thrilled! We've tried to have her groomed at other places in the area and they always tell us they can't do what we want without giving her a full shave (she needs her "butt fluff", as I call it, trimmed up a bit from time to time). I asked Jill if she would be willing to give it a shot and when I picked her up that day she looked great!

We love this place! The prices are more than reasonable and we will be visiting at least once a week. Without a doubt, Pet Palace is our new go to Doggy Day care!

Pet Palace Salon is now under new management! The previous review titled "Overcharged!" was left during the old management. The new owner, Jill, is great, runs the place herself, and puts her heart and soul into it. She's made big changes and amazing improvements. I take my dog there all the time and Jill is her favorite person in this world. She loves going to doggy daycare and comes home worn out. Jill also helps out local shelters and rescue groups with grooming. She's a god send!

Not only did she keep my dog for over 10hrs but when my son picked up our dog, she charged more than what she told me in the phone!!
