I have been banking with Jefferson Financial for over ten years. They are a great local institution that I would and do recommend to my friends and family.
I would not recommend anyone get a loan with JFCU. Recently financed my car loan with them and it has been a TERRIBLE experience. Everyone that I have spoken with except the manager has been flat out rude. They speak rudely, sarcastically, and are very condescending to customers. The loan officers I worked with also failed to respond to me during the loan process, resulting in unpaid car notes and a delay of the entire process. I am SO incredibly sorry I refinanced with them. You would think people getting your money would be a little more courteous.
The people that work there are rude as hell. Would not tell nobody to go there!!!! They have no manners!!

Provided by SuperpagesExcellent experience with Minnie Hilton at Jefferson Financial Credit Union in Metairie. We obtained a personal loan through Minnie. Minnie was prompt, courteous and fast. Minnie had all paperwork prepared ahead of time. When we arrived on Saturday all Jim had to do was go over paperwork with us and have us sign paperwork. Minnie and Jim made it super easy and such a time saving experience. We are happy to be part of the Jefferson Financial Credit Union family.Thanks for a wow experience, Pamela & Danny Pruitt
