Royal China is distinguished as the only local Chinese restaurant that serves a large selection of dim sum, the appetizer-size nibbles that could be called Chinese tapas. Royal China makes it all the time. Although they don't serve them from a cart as the San Francisco dim sum places do, a book of photographs gives one a good idea of what's available. The rest of the menu is more familiar but equally good--enough to keep the small dining room filled with regulars at most hours. I frequent this quaint little chinese restaurant and I must say that I have never had a bad experince. Their eggrolls and wonton soup are superb. The cuisine has never let me down and I recommend it to all of my friends. The service is not only prompt, but also friendly. Those who work there just can't seem to help you enough. I also like the red and gold decor with asian dragon's on the walls and small comedic shaolin munk figurines. It's like getting a little piece of china and I enjoy it.
This restaurant is an excellent place for fast chinese food. The owners are very nice and considerate to their long-time customers. They value my business. I usually don't have to tell them my name or phone number when I order over the phone because she recognizes my name/number. I'd recommend this restaurant to everyone who asks for a good place for Chinese.
