Two stores next door to each other. The Machinery/Equipment store has a good selection of new name brand woodworking tools, including lathes, table saws, bandsaws, drill presses, etc. They also have some pretty good used equipment they sell on the floor, but the prices for both new and used are pretty darn high IMO. The wood store next door has an awesome selection of quality woods, both exotic and more common. They sell board stock (planks) in generous thicknesses, but also have a lot of hardwood veneer plywoods that you don't see elsewhere. In addition, they have a very large selection of smaller pieces of woods that you can hand-select if you just want, for example, a small piece of cocobolo for your scrollsaw work, or an 18" slab of yellowheart to create your Intarsia project of canaries. Again, the prices are full retail, at least, but the service is good and so is the selection and quality.
This is a great place to buy wood. I have purchased cherry and other hardwoods here several times. They have an excellent selection, have very helpful and friendly employees, you can pick out the exact pieces you want, and their prices are the best I have seen in Arizona. Plus you can go next door and see the excellent selection of bench tools they have in stock.
