This place is amazing. I can’t speak for the other review, but I had the opposite experience. They worked with me on the price when they found out the pet insurance my work offered me wasn’t really insurance. They offered to give my cat his meds everyday after I experienced multiple cuts. I can’t say enough about how wonderful the vets are. They all care in their own way and I would not take my pet anywhere else. Really a great experience after a string of terrible vet experiences.

Where do I begin? I got a quote a month ago for two neuters on two top bred Miniature schnauzers. $480. Go in for neuters and hi/lo estimate was $200 more! I marked off things not necessary. During surgery, or while under they call saying both pups 8 mos - one day....need dental cleaning. I said hold off I will call you back asap. called back no more than 10 minutes later and was told they were done! WITHOUT my permission. Bill was now $810. Actually charged $510 and sent home for more money! $300.00 cash more! Got to thinking this is outrageous! talked to them but they insisted it was necessary! Office mgr on vacation, First check was for $32 E collars not neeed (have my own ) and not given. I refused $. After 4 visits I finally said look channel 12 is interested in investigating this. Said I threatened them. No, just my next step. Went home and promptly got a call to come back for a check of $300.00. Guess 12 on your side + a letter from a vet Free exam June 30th (no sign of tarter on teeth) had them caught in a lie and unethical practices. I don't even want to give one star. They need to be reported for this. It was a very unpleasant experience. My dogs still have stitches that will need to be removed Wed. I have an x vet tech who will do it. Please, read other reviews. Wish I had! I had been going there 8 years on and off. My clients told me they no longer go for siimilar overcharges. I have no intention of paying for Drs. Expensive lifestyle. Had I checked other local vets the price total would have been $159 ea total. NO dental necessary.I swear this is the truth. Almost wish they had not paid and 12 tv would have had them on the news! This is worse than tv 5 Dirty Dining! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
