Sullivan Motors has not standard of ethics. I called because a "friend" was a sales person there. I wanted a small, high mileage vehicle that was used. My "friend" talked me into a medium car I kept telling him I didn't like and only got 21 MPG. Even though it took over a month to fix a problem that I told them about, I was then told it had been too long and I couldn't swap the car for a smaller used car. For what I paid for this Malibu, I could have gotten a brand new Versa with high MPG, a guarantee on service and other benefits. I put $2,000 down and they put on fees that used it up so my car loan is the same price I was told it was for sale. I now have a loan that makes it impossible to make payments on and an insurance payment that is much higher as well. I explained and explained how I only get paid 9 months a year and I couldn't afford this payment. It is my own fault for going there in the first place and allowing myself to be fast talked into a car I didn't want, but after repeatedly asking for another car, I was ignored.

I purchased a car from here and paid cash, at the time like any car lot they were polite and friendly. Well 45 days later I'm still waiting for my title and plate, when I contacted them the woman I spoke with was rude and began to yell at me when I asked why it took so long for them to send the paperwork out to be processed.
I attempted to contact the manager to inform him as to what happened and my displeasure in the situation and every time I called I was told he was to busy and I could leave a voice message.
So just keep this in mind when buying a car from here, they'll gladly take your money and as soon as they have it they stop being so nice, buyer beware!
