Spencers TV & Appliance

I bought a Whirlpool washer/dryer set from Spencer's two days ago and have been plagued by toxic fumes coming from the appliances. I have washed them over and over again with vinegar and water, run several loads, but nothing stops the toxic odors. Has anyone else had this experience? I am waiting for a call from Spencers to see what they will do about this.

We were in the market for a refrigerator and the only store open Thursday Evening was Spencer’s TV & Appliance. Dominick at Spencer’s was professional and knowledgeable about the variety of refrigerators in the showroom. We ended up buying a nice refrigerator for a good price and we plan on returning for an adjustable bed.

My wife and did a complete remodel of our townhome and needed all new appliances. We were so impressed with the selection, quality, price and service. Our salesman, DJ and the staff at Spencers went way above and beyond our expectations when our refrigerator was back ordered by making sure everything worked out seamlessly. They delivered on time and everything was professionally installed. We couldn’t be happier! I will add photos soon.

My experience was very positive, dealt with Joel Zamora by the internet, he was extremely helpful, giving me all the information I needed rapidly. I ordered the washer and dryer without leaving my home and it was delivered the next day as scheduled. The delivery men were very speedy and neat with the exception that one of the guys tested the washer, leaving the instruction manual inside so, have some drying out to do.

Purchased a new Microwave and had it installed. Lots of product to choose from. They were knowledgeable in helping me choose which one to purchase. Installed in a couple of days. The installer was fast and very good. Had to fix the mess the last installer left.

Spencers has a wide variety of appliances and the delivery and preparation of the refrigerator was excellent !!!

SHAME on you Spencers. My 97-year-old grandma bought a stove from you OVER a month ago and STILL haven't delivered it. I flew in and the first place I went was to demand you deliver first thing Monday. You said it would be a 2-hour window yet you called 8 hours late. It's Tuesday and I just returned from Tucson and you STILL failed to deliver. She is far too sweet to say anything but I plan to post about your pathetic lack of professionalism everywhere I can. Buyer beware, Spencers has absolutely no problem keeping your money and not delivering their product.
